A crazy thing happened on the way to Florida last week. We got a phone call from a lady that wanted to see our house. (Praise God our "house sitter" Mr. Christopher Long was able to show her our house) Two days later we received an offer from that lady. I spent almost two weeks waiting on my cell to ring and checking email like crazy. We leave town and THIS happens! God never fails to show me NOTHING is in my control! The best part is they want in ASAP. We spent a few hours at a UPS store faxing documents back and forth and calling Stephani OFTEN! (She was a HUGE help!) So as fast as her mortgage company can push, we are out! We came home from vacation only to start tearing down and packing and throwing things away and packing. I wish I had one more "normal" week in our first house. Yes, I love the house we are building. Yes, it is so exciting and it is obviously what God wants for us. But I am allowed to be a little sad. I am VERY senti"mental"!!! I brought my babies home to this house. I sat up many sleepless nights holding them in this house. (I must stop because my computer is now wet.) I will miss this house and I will miss this neighborhood. On to a new house and a new neighborhood. (less than 2 miles away)
Another funny thing! The house we are building...... Thanks to the weather, the slab has not even been laid yet. We are moving in with Mike and Becky. Poor Granna and Poppa. Jay and I lived with them before we moved into this house. This time we are bringing 2 kids and a great dane with us. Should be fun!

Congrats girl that was quick. I have one of my Kindermusik mamas that lives around the corner from us and their house sold in less than a month. Houses here in Tipton county are going fast. Good luck with your move and the new house.
Wow, congrats! Enjoy your time with Mike and Becky, I know they will. ;) It was hard to leave our first house, too ... and so is life. Take pictures and memories and prepare to make new ones!
